After our family photo session on Friday night, it was getting super dark and my husband had the brilliant idea of snapping off some cat tails and showing the kids what happened when you smacked them against a tree.....
I decided to NOT use my on-board flash & boost my ISO. So I knew they'd be grainy, but I kind of wanted to see how much I could push it....
And I ended up liking the results. Not "put them in a frame" or "get paid for" photos definitely, but there's just something I'm digging about these!
(how do you think this last one ended???)

The photos and the fun in them are awesome! It looks a wonderful time with the family. Wonderful shots, really.
They look magical! Z saw them and climbed onto my lap and asked, "Mommy, what are they doing?" She kept asking me to scroll up and down so she could look at the pictures. :)
