I did it!!! I installed Photoshop Elements 8.0 on my new Mac & successfully loaded some actions....that actually play as actions, not just put into my "layers" area (could NOT figure out how to do it on my old PC!!!!).
For this image I used the b/w image from my Black and White Wednesday photo & added the Moody Pop action from CoffeeShop Actions, at an opacity of about 37%, if I can remember correctly.
Here's the old image, untouched except to change to b/w.
What do you think?

Adorable photo - it brought a smile to my face! I love the b&w in this, really pretty. I have pse 6 and have never learned to use it, I'm taking a little class in a couple of weeks so hopefully I can figure it out then!
