scavenger hunt sunday

We decided to go camping this week since we were FINALLY having some summery weather & I thought it'd be the perfect time to bring the scavenger hunt back into my life....even if I can only make time this week.

1. Seeing Double / Two
untitled-47-Edit
Hank & his friend racing through the huge puddle on the path to the beach.

2. Whatever
untitled-131-Edit
Some of the boys on the way to catch the pond creatures (insects, etc).

3. Sweet
untitled-82-Edit
My friend Tracey especially made gluten-free cookies b/c of me so I could enjoy some homemade ice cream sandwiches......YUMMMMM!

4. Space
untitled-97-Edit
Right behind our campsite was the "outfield" where the kids could play, explore & ride bikes (even have races with the little one's tricycles).

5. Bright
untitled-32-Edit
So much of our weekend was bright.....but I loved the colours in this shot.  And the fact that my friend pointed out a butterfly...and I was able to capture it!

That's all for now folks....time to cuddle on the couch with my husband, popcorn & grapefruit soda.  Thanks for visiting!

xoxo charmaine

I envy you capturing a butterfly so well outside... they are always so sporadic and elusive where we are... The first shot double? WOW. I love the reflection's clarity and the content (great for an Iheartfaces friendship them, no?)

These are all so beautiful - what a great puddle to ride through! That bright one was such a good capture - I've hardly photographed a butterfly all season.
