macro monday

My husband called me outside today for this:
_MG_3021
And then a few minutes later...I endured the hundreds of mosquitoes to get some shots of this:
_MG_3038
Both SOOC, both a first (I've never had either "model" for me before - which is exactly what they did!!!).

Oh....and I have a Facebook page now:

Check it out if you'd like!

Head over to Lisa's Chaos for more Macros!

The mosquitos were unreal! I don't know if I could have braved them... they're too distracting. Great shots, though. Wonderful!

(I was in Ardrossan this afternoon/evening and I thought I would die from the mosquitos. True story.)

Both are great shots, too! Love the little grasshopper sitting on a flower. I've never caught one doing that!

Those are just fabulous captures - even more amazing knowing they are SOOC. Well worth the itching :-)

Great photos only to read further on that they are SOOC!? I am impressed. Induring the mosquitos alone is impressive. Well done.
