scavenger hunt sunday

1. The 5 Senses

I have to thank my sister-in-law for this one.  She made me an apple pie for dinner the other day.  And when I say "me", she had to use the uncooperative gluten-free crust mix so that I could eat some.  But we had too much to eat & I was sent home with the whole pie!  For breakfast the next day I heated up a piece.  I "heard" the timer on the microwave go off, and when I opened the door, I could "smell" the aroma of the cinnamon & apples.  It was such a beautiful "sight" for someone who doesn't get treats like this often.  As the pie "touched" my tongue, there was an explosion of flavor as I "tasted" it!
2. Child or Children

Henry started his first day of indoor soccer yesterday.  Their team is "Holland".
3. Dining

We had a family dinner the other night & we "dined" on this salad, grilled pork tenderloin, some lovely cream-cheesy mashed potatoes & steamed vegetables.
4. Night

I only remembered to shoot outside at night once, so this is my attempt at capturing the moon.
5. Sky

I walked outside the other morning & the sky was a mixture of blue, grey & pink, so I tried to capture it....but it turned orange.....kind of like the sky is on fire.  This is SOOC.
