(13) Gluten Free Granola Bars


Preheat oven to 350F

Mix:
2 c. gf rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ground flax
1 c. coconut flour
1 c. mixed: craisins/nuts/choc chips
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 "cup" Motts Fruitsations pomegranate applesauce (or any flavour you'd like)

Spray 9x11 pan with oil, & pat mixture down. Bake for 25 min (in my oven....edges should get a bit brown). Let cool before cutting. Store in the fridge (if there's any left!!

Looks so yummy!! have no idea where I would find pomegranate applesauce but the recipe looks great!!

I think any kind of applesauce would be great, maybe 1/4 cup...just to keep them moist!!!
